Chariot Energy

Chariot Energy, LLC, is a mission-based at-risk, minority-owned, infrastructure project developer/concessionaire, working to bring private institutional capital to public-private partnerships (P3s or PPPs) seeking to develop, finance, and operate transportation infrastructure, social infrastructure and utility network projects sponsored by public and private entities.

Our team has a demonstrated ability to engage the right team of consulting, engineering, construction, operating, financing and community development partners and to negotiate complex concession agreements and other financial structures for each project. Each team member brings different skills and resources to collectively develop programs and systems that are more powerful than the sum of their parts.

IoT is envisioned to enable governments and enterprises to achieve maximum efficiencies. Advancing technologies connected by real time communication (RTC) systems provide a seamless experience by connecting devices, sensors and platforms, and allowing the analysis of operational, performance and situational data.

At a time when Philadelphia is establishing itself as an Energy Hub, the potential for Philadelphia's low-wealth communities to benefit from, and participate in, the potential economic watershed emerging from the burgeoning energy industry is unprecedented."
